In 1994, New York-based designers Douglas Hobbs and Miguel Adrover started Dugg as a house label for Horn, their East Village boutique. Horn closed in 1999 and the two parted ways, but Douglas decided to keep Dugg alive. Fashion File catches up with the dogged and determined designer at his second ever fashion show as he presents his Spring 2002 collection.
