Fashion File - Bill Blass
Bill Blass - Spring/Summer 2004
Spring 2004 is the first season at the helm of the house of Bill Blass for Michael Vollbracht, an illustrator and friend of the late designer's. He showed a collection of classics that should be a welcome sight for the legions of loyal Bill Blass customers who, lately, have been missing the master's chic uptown sensibility.

Bill Blass Retrospective - Fall/Winter 2002
In June of 2002, American fashion saw the passing of its favourite son. Designer Bill Blass died of cancer at his home in Connecticut just days before his 80th birthday, and less than three years after selling his business and retiring from the fashion world. Bill Blass never strayed far from the aesthetic that made him famous. Sophisticated, casually chic, relaxed and glamourous all at once, his clothing helped establish American sportswear as a presence on the world fashion stage. Fashion File takes a look back at a career that spanned six decades.
