Gemma Ward = Meryl Streep
So everyone and their Vuitton Bag saw the Sex and the City Movie this weekend. I did too, but I also saw The Strangers starring Liv Tyler and Supermodel Gemma Ward. Not gonna lie, kind of amazing. Gemma (IMG) is this generations answer to Meryl Streep- though she only had two actual lines ("Because you were home" said with a doll mask over her face and "Is Tamryn Home?" said at least ten times in a row to Liv Tyler on her doorstep at 4:00am).
My only complaint of the film (besides the fact that it was super stressful and scary) was that you don't ever really see Gemma's face. I mean I love a good mask too (think Viktor and Rolf Fall 2006 Collection) but in the sequel (I'm suggesting When a Stranger Calls Back as a working title) I'd at least like to see her face and perhaps her wearing a pair of killer heels...
