New training helps ex-prisoners reintegrate into Cree communities
Crees coming out of jail, or having passed through courts, will now have someone certified in the communities to help them. Training was given by the Canadian Institution for Conflict Resolution to some people in the communities. The program is about finding ways to help people who come out of prison reintegrate back into society. Joshua Loon spoke with Deputy Grand Chief Ashley Iserhoff, who sits on the CRA Justice Advisory Committee, to find out more.
