Financial windfall for Chaparral

The south Calgary community of Chaparral is trying to decide what to do with a massive $1.75 million dollar contribution from a company that operates a nearby landfill. On Tuesday's Eyeopener, we spoke with a Chaparral resident about the financial windfall - and what the community plans to do with the money.
