Ottawa Report - Supreme Court hearing

The Supreme Court of Canada is interrupting its summer break today to hear an appeal under the Canada Elections Act. The rare case involves the 2011 federal election results for the Toronto riding of Etobicoke Centre. Those results were thrown out by the Ontario Superior Court this past spring. Rob Russo is the Ottawa Bureau Chief for The Canadian Press.
