Ronald Smith Clemency Hearing

It was an emotional day at the Deer Lodge, Montana Courthouse where
Ronald Smith's clemency hearing was being held.
The Red Deer man has been on death row for nearly 30 years after shooting and killing two men. A three person panel heard testimony and will now decide whether to commute his sentence to life in prison.
