Julie's Nutella recipes

Nutella Brownies

1 1/4 cups Nutella
2 large eggs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Preheat the oven to 350?F.

In a medium bowl, stir together the Nutella and the eggs. Stir in the flour.

Spread into a greased or parchment-lined pan and bake for 25 minutes, or until crackly on top and set.

Makes 16 brownies.


Nutella Puffles

1 pkg puff pastry, thawed
Nutella
icing sugar, for dusting (if you like)

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry into a 1/4-inch thick rectangle which when folded in half, will be a square(ish) slightly smaller than your waffle iron. (It doesn't have to fit perfectly.) Spread half with Nutella, fold over and pinch or press with a fork to seal.

Place in a preheated waffle iron and cook until deep golden - it may need to go longer than your waffle iron tells you. Remove and crack or cut apart, then dust with icing sugar before serving.

Serves 4-8.
