Workplace columnist - Margot Ross-Graham

In addition to her role as the CBC Workplace Columnist, Margot Ross-Graham is the Vice-president for Integration at Williams Engineering Canada where she provides  strategic direction and leadership to the HR, IT, Marketing, and Sustainability departments. She is an experienced senior executive with extensive background in leadership, communication, change management, and organizational development.  Born and raised here, Margot is a proud Edmontonian; and the President of the Glenora Rotary Club. She's also held several board positions with local community organizations.
