Tourists to Jasper National Park are split over whether Canada's mountain parks need more development to spur tourism. The Glacier Skywalk will be completed next year, while a 66-room hotel is being proposed for Maligne Lake. CBC Edmonton reporter Jonathan Lavoie recently visited both locations.
