Lisa Howard loves bike racing, and she'd love to see more young women have an opportunity to get into the sport she loves. Her Young Women's Cycling Camp helps folks make the leap from rider to racer, whether it be on the road on in the velodrome. One of her first grads was Jasmine Glaesser, who just picked up Bronze medal in London as part of the Women's Team pursuit, and attended the camp four years ago.
We met up with Lisa at a nearby parking lot for some basic training. The camp starts on August 6 and runs for four weeks.
