Thomas Eleizegui loves cycling. It's been his longtime dream to open a bike-themed cafe where cyclists can gather, connect and refuel. His Musette Caffe is filled with bike memorabilia he's collected from around the world and will offer secure bike parking. It opened on the weekend.
