Remembering Ross Taggart

Ross Taggart was one of Canada's most gifted jazz musicians. He was a master of both piano and saxophone, and a brilliant teacher.

Ross was as beloved as he was talented. He succumbed to renal cancer on January 9, 2013, at the age of 45. He will be deeply missed.

We paid tribute to the life of Ross Taggart, with thoughts from his longtime friend Campbell Ryga and Hot Air host Margaret Gallagher.

We've also posted a copy of Ross Taggart's last interview with Rick Cluff, June 22, 2012, regarding leading the band for Hot Air's 65th Anniversary Concert.
