Tsleil-Waututh Culinary Program
The Tsleil-Waututh Nation is celebrating the first graduating class from their innovative culinary school. The pilot program was taught by acclaimed chef, Andrew George. We spoke with Chef George and students Eugene Crane and Lawrence George in the kitchen at the Tsleil-Waututh Community Centre.
