The City of Vancouver is beginning a series of public consultations to look at the future of Block 51. It's the city block that holds the Vancouver Art Gallery, and is flanked by the gallery's lawn to the north, and the 800 block of Robson Street to the south.

Architect Nick Milkovich and planner Alan Bell were both involved in the planning of Robson Square. They are part of a public event that looks back on the history of the area with team that helped design Robson Square tonight (Monday, October 15). (Wednesday October 17) another panel looks to the future. The events are free but you need to reserve your seat by following the links.
