Dr. Jean Carruthers says she's seeing an increasing number of boomers seeking cosmetic surgery and procedures to stay competitive in the workplace. Cynthia Nash is a patient of Dr. Carruthers. Nash says this is something she does for herself, not because of any outside pressures.
