Long weekend blues

Hark the Herons are always a nice way to start the program, especially on those days after long weekends that still feel like it should be a holiday.

Then I have something from Schuyler Fisk's Blue Ribbon Winner album - very tuneful tunes in the style of 70s singer/songwriter... the kind of thing that *used* to make listening to commercial radio fun.

Maria Taylor from Azure Ray has a new album coming out, so until then I've got a tune from their most recent album Drawing Down The Moon, and regular listener Ron in Vancouver wrote in for his fave summer tune by Bossacucanova.
