One of the earliest incarnations of mixing nature bird sounds with new age music (before the term was invented) came from Sweet People, a band from Switzerland in 1978, who had a hit with "And the Birds Were Singing".

Today is International Museum Day, and Ken Nordine takes us on a tour of the "Sound Museum".  Then the most artistic Canadian musician I know... Jane Siberry.

And it's Big Joe Turner's birthday, so we do a little Shake, Rattle and Rollin'.
