David Suzuki turns 75 today - and I've got a birthday tribute requested by his once-neighbour Norman in Prince George.

Then it's an international look at the Junos with the first winner of the International Album of the Year for 1975, and Ian Thomas has only won a Juno for..you guessed it, Most Promising Male Vocalist.  He's also re-released Glider on CD for the first time... details here.

And Eddie Schwartz is a name you might not know, but you probably heard his tune "Hit Me With Your Best Shot", recorded by Pat Benatar, for which he earned a Composer of the Year award, and one for... Most Promising Male Vocalist.

And a little Manteca before the news.
