W. Brett Wilson on Test The Nation: IQ!

Brett Wilson will be donning his thinking cap on CBC's Test the Nation: IQ, on Sunday, January 24th at 8 p.m.

Hosted by George Stroumboulopoulos and Carole MacNeil, Test the Nation: IQ is a live, fully interactive IQ test that will measure the brainpower of Canadians right across the country.

Brett will be leading a multifaith team of religious Believers against Atheists, Politicians, Contact Sports Athletes, Nerds, and Twins.

He will also be featured in a new twist on Test the Nation: hypnosis!

The Dragon will be one of a few participants who will be put into hypnosis by hypnotherapist Donald Currie. But there will be no barking or clucking, according to Currie - only "focused awareness", translating into higher test scores. Will Currie's hypnotherapy boost Brett's IQ?

And is Brett nervous about being hypnotized on live national television? He calls it a “big leap of faith”, but as someone who has seen firsthand the benefits of hypnotherapy to his own health, Brett has “little doubt hypnosis is real and works.”

Joining Brett on the Believers are radio host Drew Marshall, Ontario MPP Cheri DiNovo, controversial broadcaster Michael Coren, and Our Lady Peace drummer Jeremy Taggart. Plus an Anglican bishop, Catholic priests, imams, Anglican and United ministers, a Hindu spiritual teacher, friars, nuns... and more.

Canadians can watch Test the Nation: IQ and play along online or by using a printed scoreboard (found online and in some local papers). Check out the home page at www.cbc.ca/testthenation, or the Test the Nation Facebook page.
