This just in... congrats to a success story from the Den!  Rachel Mielke of Hillberg & Berk has been named a winner of the Silver Lining Award for North America's top 10 entrepreneurs who demonstrate true entrepreneurial spirit. The awards are the 1^st annual Silver Lining Awards, sponsored by the Committed to Growing Small Business Coalition and Research In Motion.

Among other prizes, Rachel has won a VIP weekend in the Bahamas.

On Season 3, Rachel Mielke snagged a deal with Brett for her jewelry business Hillberg & Berk. Since being on the Den and doing a deal, her sales have doubled -- and they're up 500% from only two years ago.
