Body Hack with Todd Sampson

Todd Sampson, adventurer and human guinea pig, takes on some of the biggest challenges of his life as he embarks on an epic investigation of some of the world’s most extraordinary people.

Humans are a tenacious species. From the oxygen-starved atmosphere high in the Himalayas to the huge water pressures deep below the surface of the ocean, we have the ability to adapt to some of the most inhospitable environments on Earth.

In this series, Todd sets out on an epic adventure to try to unlock the secrets of some of the world’s most extraordinary people.

Using science as his guide, Todd deconstructs and decodes how these people are able to survive their extreme lives, what they do differently from the rest of us and what we can all learn from them.  In true Todd Sampson style, he won’t just observe them, he will hack into their world and try to become them.
