
BREADED FILET OF SOLE HARDBITE
Ingredients:
Hardbite chips (jalapeno, coconut, curry, rock salt and vinegar, nature or BBQ)
Salmon or hibibut fillet
Salt/Pepper
Flour
Egg
Butter
Lemon
Directions:
Take any other fillet like a salmon fillet or halibut. To make the breading you crush the chips with a pastry rolling pin, or an empty wine bottle, or chop the chips with a knife or a kitchen blender.
Sprinkle salt and white pepper to taste and dust with flour.
Moisten fish fillets in a beaten egg and finally apply breading.
Heat a frying pan with some non salted butter. Fry lightly and not too long and brown on all sides.
Serve with a slice of fresh lemon.
