There's nothing worse than losing the love of your life... and nothing better than finding that person again. Long lost loves Barb and Roy Thomson share the sweet story of their reunion.

Professional chef Molly Birnbaum counted on her sense of smell to spice up her life... until the day she lost it. She'll tell us how she got it back, and what happened then.

Back in the fall of 1996, Ingrid Kerger let her cat Tiger Lily out of her house to roam the streets of Lockport - just outside Winnipeg, where Ingrid lived at the time. But Tiger Lily didn't come back that night, and Ingrid was pretty sure she was gone... until she got a phone call 14 years later...

If you ask anyone from Winnipeg what they "lost" and got back this weekend, they'd probably say "their hockey team." But back in the glory days of the original Jets, a young Winnipeg dad would take his daughters to see the games. Rolly Mousseau loved hockey, loved his family, and loved being able to share the two together. But then the Jets left town, and Rolly and his daughter Rachelle lost the bond of professional hockey in their lives... They'll tell us what getting it back really means.

Canadian R&B gospel group Krystaal are a trio of brothers with one heck of a reunion story. Michel, Fabian and Aliston Lwamba grew up in Zaire, now known as the Democratic Republic of Congo. In 1990, Michel and Fabian were students at the university, and they took part in protests against the government. The army started shooting and the protest turned into a student massacre. The brothers were separated, running for their lives. Michel found his younger brother, Aliston...and they ended up in a refugee camp in Kenya. They assumed Fabian was dead... but little did they know he had found his way to a different camp. The brothers will tell us how they lost, and found each other.

For most of her life, Mairlyn Smith was one of those "annoying Type A" personalities. She could bake a batch of cookies, write an email, engage in witty banter, all while talking on the phone. But one day a minor car accident shook things up for Mairlyn... and she lost not only much of her memory, but much of what made her Mairlyn. She'll tell us how she found herself... in the basement.

Matt Preprost spends a lot of time putting pictures of people up on his website... but he has no idea who those people are. But that's kinda the point, because Matt's website is called IFoundYourCamera.net. He'll tell us about reconnecting people with cameras - and memories - they thought were gone.

Keri's trailer smalller.jpgHow often have you said, "I feel like I'm losing my mind?" But what does it feel like when it's actually happening? Sook-Yin will talk with Jacs Spence about dealing with mental illness, and finding what he thought he was losing.

How far did you go to get back something you lost? Sook-Yin hits the street to find out.

Keri Latimer of folk favourites Nathan will  tell us how she dealt with loss through song... and in the process, helped solve a mystery. (Pictured left: what Keri lost, and got back.)

Sook-Yin will talk with former Toronto Blue Jay Shawn Green about losing - and trying to find - his batting mojo.

Sometimes when you lose something, the route to finding it is a bit circuitous. Like, say, leading you through the black market. Clare Lawlor tells us how the photo below lead her on a such a trip:
