Controversy deepens over Lemon Creek spill
Volunteers in the Slocan Valley are returning from a walk in the woods with photographs of the footprints they left behind.
Footprints filled with jet fuel.
Just over two weeks ago, a tanker truck owned by Executive Flight Center tumbled down an embankment and dumped 33-thousand litres of jet fuel into Lemon Creek.
To coordinate the clean-up, they started the Lemon Creek Response Team.
Jonathan Lok speaks for the team. We also spoke to John Wittmayer, the former volunteer cordinator and community liaison for the Lemon Creek Response Team in the Slocan Valley.
