Canada awash in so called medical marijuana

Chances are there is marijuana grow operation in your neighbourhood and it's probably completely legal licensed by your federal government.

Health Canada began issuing marijuana production licenses years ago.

This week it announced those licenses will be scrapped by next spring.

The licenses resulted in a gold rush or green rush of people growing weed legally then selling it illegally.
