CBC Investigates: trillions in foreign tax havens

The Caymans Islands (courtesy CBC)

CBC News has obtained exclusive Canadian access to a huge leak of international financial data about tax havens.

It's being released through the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists.

The records reveal details of how more than a hundred thousand wealthy investors took steps to move money offshore.

Those files include the names of more than four hundred Canadians.

CBC national reporter Curt Petrovich is one of the journalists involved in the international investigation.
