Fernie's Fine Chocolatiers
Mmmmm....Chocolate is something we love here at Daybreak, so much so that we're talking about it AGAIN this morning.
Yesterday our Food Columnist Khalil Akhtar talked about 'bean-to-bar' chocolate making where chocolatiers make small batches from imported cacao beans.
There are very few of these producers in the world and there are only three in Canada!
One of them happens to be in Fernie, where James Heavey is part owner of the Bean Pod.
