Vernon votes on new sports complex

The North Okanagan Regional District has been planning for years to build a sports complex and today it will unveil its plans.
   
For the proposed complex to take shape, the District will have to borrow $7.5 million, which will be voted on next month by people living in the Greater Vernon area.
   
To explain what the facility will look like Tannis Nelson, the Community Development Coordinator of the North Okanagan Regional District joined us.
