The soup kitchen for Rover and Kitty

Pet owners struggling to make ends meet can now find help, at least in Vernon.

In January, a soup kitchen opened for people's pets in the city to help feed hungry canines and felines.

Tuesday marks the third time people at the soup kitchen will hand out food and treats for animals.
