Smithers moose on the loose?

An update on this story now.  Daybreak's Wil Fundal spoke to the BC Conservation Officer Service, which confirms the moose has now died.  Here's his conversation with Sergeant Kevin Nixon:

Customer Hannah Dehoog shot a video as a store employee eventually guided the moose back outside with an apple.
