Human health should be first in assessing projects

Canada and the province of B.C. are reviewing several industrial projects in the environmental assessment process.  But one researcher says human health should be first and foremost in those processes.  Daybreak's Betsy Trumpener speaks with Janice Shandro, an expert in both medicine and mining engineering.
