Independent Investigations Office explains report on fatal RCMP shooting of veteran

On Wednesday, B.C.'s Independent Investigations Office released its report into the fatal shooting of Prince George military veteran Gregory Matters by RCMP. Richard Rosenthal is Chief Civilian Director of the office. He told Betsy Trumpener what the report found and what's next in the investigation.
