Why are aboriginal youth dying on Prince Rupert's waterfront?

Three aboriginal youths have died on Prince Rupert's waterfront.  And no one has answers as to how or why.  Daybreak's Andrew Kurjata introduces a piece produced by associate producer George Baker.
