Hazardous materials spill in Prince Rupert harbour

Officials say vandals caused decommissioned electrical transformers to leak oil.  Some of the oil made its way to the harbour.  Daybreak's Betsy Trumpener speaks with Michael Gurney from the Prince Rupert Port authority
