Change mandate of B.C. police watchdog: Justice for Girls

Last week, we heard from the head of the Independent Investigations Office.  Richard Rosenthall said his office would not investigate abuse and sexual assault allegations against the R.C.M.P. in northern B.C. made in a report by Human Rights Watch.  Daybreak's Betsy Trumpener speaks with Aisa Czapska, a director with Justice for Girls, about that.
