Watchdog will not investigate abuse & sexual assault allegations against RCMP

We spoke with Human Rights Watch about its report earlier.  On Thursday, the Independent Investigations Office of B.C. met with the international organization.  Daybreak's Betsy Trumpener spoke with Chief Civilian Director Richard Rosenthal.
