Daybreak meets a Surrey sawmill owner who says changes to the raw log export rules are a warning to the rest of the province.  David Gray resigned from the Timber Export Advisory committee because he says the B.C. government is favouring log exports over B.C. jobs. Here's his conversation with Betsy Trumpener.
