Considering an oil refinery in Kitimat
BC newspaper goliath David Black wants to become an oil industry giant. He has proposed a $13 billion dollar oil refinery for Kitimat, which, if built, would surpass the next-biggest refinery in BC tenfold.
Daybreak heard from Black and Michael Ervin, an oil industry analyst from Victoria, who considered the proposal and provided context.
