The death toll in the Philippines is rising in the wake of a devastating storm.That has many Prince George residents on edge as they await word on friends and family. Lilly Levine visits her family in the Philippines frequently, but has been unable to reach them since the storm. She told us about the emotional devastation she and other Filipinos are facing.
