Fort St John expansion decision delayed

Fort St John could be growing. Last night, city council was supposed to vote on whether to move forward with the expansion of city boundaries, but instead decided to postpone the decision until later this fall. Daybreak North host Robert Doane spoke with councillor Dan Davies on why he thinks the city may need to expand its reach.
