Toxic algae threatening salmon stocks?

A recent paper contends that toxic sea algae are posing a threat to British Columbian salmon stocks. Jack Rensel is an aquatic scientist who co-authored a paper on the harmful effects of sea algae. He recently testified at the Cohen Commission, and he spoke with Daybreak North's Robert Doane about his research.
