Alcohol-related hospitilizations highest in northern B.C.

Northern British Columbia leads the province in the number of alcohol-related hospitalizations according to research from the Centre for Addictions Research of B.C. Dr. Tim Stockwell tracks these numbers for the centre, and he joined Daybreak North host Robert Doane to explain the statistics.
