Nisga'a government funding reform

The Nisga'a Lisms government has banned local politicians from taking government money. Elected officials can either step down from government and keep applying for funding, or they can step down from organizations that receive Lisms's dollars. In this clip we speak to UNBC professor Ross Hoffman and President of the Niga'a Lisms Government Mitchell Stevens.
