Mining boom in Tumbler Ridge?

The Quintette mine is set to reopen in Tumbler Ridge. The reopening of the mine is part of a larger boom in mining in the area, it also means increased costs. Daybreak North host Carolina De Ryk spoke with Mayor Larry White for his take on the good and the bad.
