Richard Dean Zagwyn

It was one of the largest deployments of police resources in the province since Gustafson Lake.
RCMP officers from across BC -- dispatched -- to Vanderhoof, Fraser Lake and the Saikuz reserve.
They were on the hunt for Richard Dean Zagwyn.
The, then 21-year-old shot at police.
He also kidnapped a man.
That was nearly five and a half years ago.
Last Friday, Zagwyn was sentenced for his crimes.
