Northern British Columbia remembers Jack Layton

The country continues to mourn the death of federal NDP leader Jack Layton, and that's true for northern British Columbia, as well.  Messages of condolence have been pouring in. Here's messages we received from Carrier-Sekani Tribal Chief Terry Teegee and former NDP candidate Betty Bekkering.
