Purple Pixie's passage through Prince Rupert

Pannait the Purple Pixie has a project. She is photographing 1 million people for a mosaic art project. To do that, she is travelling across northern B.C. and other parts of Canada. Daybreak North's George Baker caught up with the magical artisan in Prince Rupert.
