No future for Prince Rupert businesses?

You can put a fresh coat of paint on it, but business is suffering in Prince Rupert. A new study from Community Futures recently asked local business owners about their future in the town. The result: almost half of the respondents plan to close their business within the decade. Amber Sheasgreen conducted the study, and she spoke with Daybreak North's Carolina De Ryk.
