Gathering Strength canoe journey stops in Prince Rupert

The Gathering Strength Canoe journey is on its way to Kitkatla. Gathering Strength is a mix of RCMP officers, Fisheries and Oceans Canada officers, and young Aboriginals. They are paddling from Kingcolith in the Nass Valley to Hartley Bay on the Douglas Channel. The hope of the journey is to create greater a understanding. Fourteen canoes made a celebratory stop in Prince Rupert yesterday. Daybreak North's George Baker was waiting with a microphone.
